Justin G. Mercer

Raised in Searcy, Justin received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson. Upon returning home to Arkansas, he opened his own practice and is proudly serving fellow community members, as well as residents throughout the state. 

His practice, Mercer Law Group, encompasses multiple areas of law including family law, criminal defense, estate planning and general business transactions. Over the last several years Justin has worked tirelessly to build his practice. He takes pride in his team of legal assistants and works to ensure clients receive the best legal service possible.

HOBBIES AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES 

When he’s not in the office or courtroom, Justin enjoys turkey hunting, fishing, farming and watching Razorback football and basketball. He also runs several head of cattle on his family’s farms and cherishes family time spent there. Justin is also an active supporter of Searcy Lions Athletics and volunteerism in the community.

Blane Swain

Born and raised in Searcy, Blane received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is proud to be a member of the Searcy community and serve fellow Arkansans throughout the state.
